Getting support

Solution

Our Staff do not handle support in world.

All support is handled through out support system here 

You can submit a ticket to our team and it will be assigned to the appropriate staff team trained to help you with that issue.

 

 

We always answer tickets within 24 hours upon submission.

You should NOT Direct message, Instant Message any of our staff.

If you are at the main store and have a question and there is a staff member then by all means ask your question. However if its an issue with the HUD you MUST submit a ticket.
